Is Tailor.SPAKSPAK free for customers?
Yes. Searching, browsing and contacting tailors is completely free.
How do I contact a tailor?
Open the tailor’s listing and use the Call or WhatsApp button, or visit the shop at the address shown. You deal directly with the tailor — prices, measurements, delivery and payment for stitching are agreed between you and the tailor.
Are the tailors verified?
Every listing is checked by our team before it is published. However, we do not guarantee the quality of any tailor’s work, so please read reviews and talk to the tailor before placing an order.
I found a wrong or fake listing. What should I do?
Please email us at info@spakspak.com with the listing link and we will look into it.

How much does a listing cost?
A Standard listing costs $12 per year. A Premium listing costs $24 per year (Standard + $12 extra). See all plan details.
What do I get with Premium?
Premium listings get a gold “Premium” badge and are shown first in search results, category pages and on the homepage.
How do I add my shop?
- Choose a plan on the Pricing page and pay securely with your card.
- Create a free account on our website and add your shop details, photos and phone number (with country code).
- Our team checks your listing and payment and makes it live within 24–48 hours.
Why is my listing not showing yet?
All new listings stay “Pending” until our team approves them. Approval usually takes 24–48 hours. Please make sure you have paid with the same email address you used to sign up.
Can I edit my listing later?
Yes. Log in and open your dashboard to edit your listing. Changes are checked again by our team before they go live.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes, your plan renews every year so your listing stays live. You can cancel any time using the link in your Stripe receipt email, or by emailing us. If you cancel, your listing stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get a refund?
If we do not approve your listing, you get a full refund. Please read our Refund Policy for all details.
Which countries can list?
Tailors from any country can list their shop.
