By using Tailor.SPAKSPAK (“we”, “us”, “the website”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. What we do
Tailor.SPAKSPAK is an online directory where tailoring businesses can list their shops and customers can find and contact them. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a tailor.
2. Customers
Using the directory is free. Any order, price, measurement, delivery or payment for tailoring work is agreed directly between you and the tailor. We are not responsible for the quality, timing or price of any tailor’s work.
3. Tailors and listing owners
- You must provide true and accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must own, or have permission to use, all text and photos in your listing.
- Every listing is reviewed before it is published. We may refuse, edit or remove any listing that breaks our Listing Guidelines.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
4. Paid plans
Listings are paid yearly. Standard costs $12 per year and Premium costs $24 per year. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices in the future; changes apply from your next renewal and we will show them on the Pricing page.
5. Reviews and content
Reviews must be honest. We may remove any review or content that is fake, abusive, illegal or misleading.
6. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or from dealings between customers and tailors.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
